By accessing and using the website athensairporttaxi.group and/or by making a reservation through our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

2. Services Provided

AthensAirportTaxi.Group provides pre-arranged private transportation services to and from airports, ports, hotels, business locations, and other destinations within Greece.

Transportation services may be carried out either directly by the company or through affiliated and duly licensed professional drivers and transportation partners.

3. Reservations & Booking Conditions

  • All bookings are subject to availability and become valid only after confirmation by AthensAirportTaxi.Group.

  • Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate booking information, including pickup/drop-off address, pickup time, flight details, passenger count, and luggage information.

  • The company shall not be held responsible for delays, failed pickups, or additional charges resulting from inaccurate or incomplete booking details submitted by the customer.

4. Pricing Policy

Unless otherwise stated, all quoted prices are fixed and include:

  • Road tolls

  • Standard luggage transportation

  • Up to 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time for airport arrivals

Additional services, including but not limited to extra stops, route deviations, excessive waiting time, or special requests not agreed upon in advance, may incur additional charges.

5. Payment Terms

Payments may be completed either:

  • Online in advance through available electronic payment methods; or

  • Directly to the driver upon arrival, where applicable.

AthensAirportTaxi.Group reserves the right to cancel or refuse any booking in the event of non-payment or failed payment authorization.

6. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time are free of charge.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the booking amount.

  • In the event of a no-show without prior notice, the full booking amount shall be charged and no refund will be issued.

7. Pets

Pets are permitted only when transported in appropriate carriers or cages and exclusively upon prior arrangement with the company.

AthensAirportTaxi.Group reserves the right to refuse transportation of animals that have not been declared in advance.

8. Passenger Conduct & Obligations

Passengers are strictly prohibited from:

  • Carrying illegal, dangerous, or hazardous items;

  • Damaging the vehicle;

  • Engaging in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior toward drivers or staff.

Customers shall be held fully liable for any damages, cleaning costs, fines, or losses resulting from passenger misconduct.

9. Limitation of Liability

AthensAirportTaxi.Group shall not be liable for delays, service disruptions, or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to traffic congestion, accidents, weather conditions, strikes, governmental actions, or force majeure events.

In all cases, the company’s liability shall be limited to the total value of the booked transportation service, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Athens, Greece.

11. Amendments

AthensAirportTaxi.Group reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any updates will be published on this page and become effective immediately upon publication.
